Definitions:
“Publisher” refers to “THE KNIGHTS OF ART.” “Contributors” refers to individuals who submit works for publication. “Works” refers to the photographs and related materials submitted by Contributors.

Copyright:
No part of this magazine may be reproduced or distributed without the Publisher’s prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Liability:
The Publisher assumes no responsibility for errors or actions taken based on the contents of this magazine. The Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the publication or use of the content herein.

Privacy Policy:
All personal information collected is protected by international privacy laws and will be used only for the purpose intended by applicable privacy regulations.

Artist Contributions:
All works submitted for publication are deemed to have the express consent of the contributing artists, who certify that the works are their original creations and are accessible from any claims by third parties. Contributors acknowledge and accept these terms without separate written consent when submitting their work. The magazine is not responsible for any legal or financial consequences, disputes, or claims arising from the publication of these works.

Model Release:
By submitting their work, Contributors certify that they have obtained the necessary permissions and releases from all individuals depicted in their photographs, including, but not limited to, fashion models and other individuals. The magazine will not be liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the submitted work, including claims related to the likeness or portrayal of individuals in such work.

Indemnification:
Contributors agree to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including any claims related to copyright infringement or the rights of individuals depicted in the submitted work.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes:
The Publisher reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions anytime. Contributors will be notified of any changes in writing.

Termination:
The Publisher reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to Contributors.

Force Majeure:
The Publisher shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure results from any cause beyond the Publisher’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failures or degradation.
