Terms & Conditions – The Knights of Art Photography Awards

1. Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. All decisions made by the jury are final and cannot be contested.
3. The Knights of Art reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates the rules or is deemed inappropriate.
4. By entering the contest, participants affirm that the submitted work is their own original creation and does not infringe on any copyright.
5. Participants retain the copyright of their images. However, The Knights of Art reserves the right to use submitted images for promotional and non-commercial purposes without additional permission or compensation.
6. Winners agree to allow The Knights of Art to publish their names and winning images in print and digital formats.
7. Prizes are as advertised at the time of entry. The Knights of Art reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions if necessary.
8. Participants agree to comply with all deadlines and submission guidelines. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
9. The Knights of Art is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to failed uploads or internet connectivity problems.
10. Participants understand and accept that judging is subjective and based on artistic and technical merit as determined by the jury.
11. Submissions that include defamatory, offensive, or illegal content will be immediately disqualified.
12. Entrants must be of legal age in their country of residence or have permission from a legal guardian.
13. The Knights of Art is not liable for any damage, loss, or legal dispute arising from participation in the competition.
14. By submitting, participants agree to these terms and any future updates posted on our website.
15. All tax liabilities on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
16. The Knights of Art reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
17. No correspondence will be entered into regarding jury decisions.
18. The photographer grants The Knights of Art a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce submitted images for promotional, editorial, and educational purposes across all media channels, with credit to the photographer.
19. Jurors’ decisions are final and binding. No participant may contest, dispute, or legally challenge the result of the judging process.
